“Working with Terry during both the design and construction phases while building our home was a total pleasure. Terry totally immersed his self in the design process, creating a beach cottage that feels like Old Hawaii but offers all the amenities of a contemporary home. Since we were on the mainland during most of the construction period, it was comforting to know that Terry would always be on site to oversee the project. His “hands on” style and dedication to the project is evident in every inch of the home. His personable nature made it easy for him to collaborate with the contractor and others. He worked very closely with our interior designer Michelle Pheasant to ensure that no detail was overlooked. He also worked with David Tamura, landscape architect to create an outdoor environment that is naturally inviting. We couldn’t have been happier with his creation!”

Working with Terry from the very beginning process thru completion, and then beyond thru plantings and landscaping was as close to a perfect experience as possible. His design sense and aesthetic is superb, his attention to detail and being on top of everything and his immediate response in the back and forth dialog over the three year period was very impressive. Living on the mainland and designing and building from afar had potential for issues and problems, but there were absolutely none and his warmth and friendship and charming personality made the whole process a wonderful experience. Once the design and plans were finalized and contractor selected, his presence as our point man from beginning of construction to completion and then through landscaping was impeccable. In the end we have the most beautiful house and grounds imaginable. You could not find a better architect to work with and we whole-heartedly recommend him, and would be happy to talk with you personally and share our experiences.

Terry Cisco is one fine trustworthy architect. His thoughtful attention to the details and creative ideas at the larger scale came together exceptionally well to create a wonderful home in harmony with the environment. He listened to our wants, needs, ideas and whimsies, then translated them architecturally into the design...,seeing the big picture, as well as, incorporating the details to make it become real.

Jack's Diving Locker's world class scuba facility was designed by architect Terry Cisco. Our attractive two-story building with a Hawaiian historical feel was custom crafted to maximize the operational efficiency of JDL's varied business services, which include retail sales, equipment rentals, scuba instruction, equipment repairs, and running snorkel and scuba tours on their four boats.
Notable features of the building include the finest scuba & snorkeling retail space in Hawaii, multiple classrooms for scuba lessons and community meetings, a large and efficient wet storage area for their boat tours and equipment rentals, modern administrative office spaces, a staff lounge, a high tech SCUBA equipment repair facility, and the only onsite scuba training pool on the island. And at 10' deep, the pool even has a large viewing window were people can look in and share in the joy as their family and friends learn to dive; a feature that is symbolic of Terry's ability to blend function and form to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of his clients, and theirs.

I've had the privilege of working as a mechanical consultant with Terry for over 25 years on residential and commercial projects. Most recently Terry has helped us with the design and construction of our new house. As an engineering consultant and client, I found Terry to be awesome to work with, very responsive, has a great eye for things, very creative and he knows his stuff.
